No Bull

I love this painting just because of the light — who wouldn’t fall in love with ‘No Bull’? I’m tempted to do this again just to play with it, but we’ll see — I have plenty of things that I’m painting lately. This is a 5×7 oil painting on linen panel. Fighting a little burnout…

Rooster

I’m entering this oil painting in the local Floral Art Show, so here’s hoping that it’s selected. I’m very curious to see what a floral designer might do. The purpose of this show is to pair art with a floral designer who interprets the work in florals — so fun!
